Housing

Various types of housing, both urban and rural, are available in the Madrid area, enhanced by an approved tax abatement program.  Government-sponsored apartments for the handicapped and elderly serve special housing needs.  Three new housing developments have been started, meaning more housing here and definitely indicate growth of the area.  The joys of small town living and metropolitan convenience may be experienced in Madrid.
