The SHARE Program has started in Madrid. SHARE IOWA offers tasty, nutritious grocery packages at half the retail cost in exchange for 2 hours of volunteer service in your community. Choosing where you volunteer is up to you - any good deed qualifies.

SHARE's Best Value Package includes a wide assortment of frozen meats, fresh fruits and vegetables and convenience foods - just like you see in major grocery stores. And at a savings of up to 50% off retail prices! the additional 5 packages, including meat packages are also available. You can pay for your SHARE packages with cash or EBT/food stamps

Registration: 1st Tuesday of the Month 5:00pm to 6:30pm @ City Hall
Food Distributions: 8:30am to 9:30 am @ The Community Room. The date will vary between the 3rd or 4th Saturday of the month (check the calendar or call) - Volunteers are need on that Saturday @ 7:00AM to 7:30AM for truck deliveries.
